Eliot is a Meteorology faculty member at Portland Community College and currently a communications Fellows with the USDA Climate Hubs. He holds a Master’s degree in Climate Science and Policy and continues to lead mindful experiences as a guide in the Pacific Northwest. Eliot founded Climate Impact Communicators to empower effective conversations on the impacts and solutions of climate change.

Lily has a background in Marine Biology and over a decade of experience as a naturalist guide. She is passionate about science as a way of knowing that communicates truth, informs policy, and connects people to places.
